When I went to convention this summer, I had such an amazing time. I know I have mentioned this more than just a few times...but WOW...it was Awesome! We learned so much. Big things, there were plenty of big things...but it was the little things that really blew me away day after day. It is incredible what happens when that many creative women get together...and the ideas that are shared are priceless. One day on stage there was a demonstrator...we called her "Million Dollar Mary" because she was the first demonstrator to reach One Million Dollars in sales. (I know, whew...can you imagine?!) She was sharing ideas, some big and some small. Then she shared this idea...turn a 6 x 6 page into a card for your friends who don't scrap. How? Like this:

How simple, how smart, HOW COME I DIDN'T THINK OF IT! Okay, just in case you can't see it, but I am sure you can, it is just folded in half! (Well, her's was, mine is more like folded in half with the little flower turned and words stamped on it...but you get the idea.)
Don't laugh at me now...
(tee heeee) yes this is a very little idea, but you know how excited I get about Stampin' and this idea THRILLS ME! I will make another page using the elements I've used here, and show you how it can be an 8 1/2 x 11 or a 12 x 12 as well. It just goes to show you it's all in how you look at things. By the way, this beautiful boy is my nephew. He was concentrating so hard, I will show you what he was doing in my next post. Until then, don't forget to let the little things in life thrill you!
