I had my weekend away, and it was SO RELAXING. I can't say enough about our wonderful getaway at RESTFUL PAWS . Jake gives it a four paws up service with a tail waggin good time, as well as sweet slumber oportunities!
From the beatiful room (all the rooms were georgously decorated with decadent fabrics) to the trails with treasures to find around every corner, the friendly people, and the thoughtful snacks,
yummy breakfast left in a basket
it was a great getaway from begining to end.
We left Jake for the first time ever, but he was in good hands and Maria made sure he had fun at Wooffurs, a play place with garden fence kennels...a t.v. ... music ... toys and snacks. He was a bit nervous and worried about us coming back for him, but she made sure he knew she was there for him, brushing him and walking him. He pouted a bit and wouldn't let us out of his site when we got back that night. then he had a great time chasing frogs, and romping on the trails and was soon "over it".
It was nice to have time away with my hubby, but don't think I was slacking the entire time, I did make some cards too:
Now I am getting ready for my weekend with "The Girls". Not going to convention this year has been an all around great decision! I will have more to show you after my stamping weekend, and don't forget about next weekends stamp camp, my cards are AWESOME (I will post them next week) and you won't want to miss out!
