I hope your day was a happy one. Just a quick post here, I am so full and so tired. Rob and I went out for dinner tonight, food was rich and there was lots of it...leftovers in the fridge could make two more meals. Just wanted to post my pretty Abundant Hope card.
Isn't it pretty, it just shouts spring! I am so ready for sunshine and warm weather, aren't you? I hear we are in for more snow, so I don't think it will be nice any time soon, but I can gaze at my card and dream. I used the folder down one side of this card, can you see it? There is a flourish in this set that fits into that punch, so if you didn't want to use it as a Easter card you can use the flourish and then stamp the inside with "sympathy" or whatever you needed it for. We will be using watercolor paper and markers, I love the look. You might notice I didn't ink up the hole stamp, that was a choice, not a mistake. I wanted to wash around the flowers and I like the way the stems end softly by only inking up a part of the stamp. I will share more tomorrow. I made the cutest little house out of the mini milk carton die. I won't tell you what kind of house, there will actually be a choice of three! You know me. Need I say more?
