I just got back from a fabulous day with Rob and Jake, we went to Devils Hop-yard and went hiking through the woods. We brought a picnic lunch and there were lots of dogs for Jake to say hi to. It was a beautiful day and there was a nice breeze at the top of the vista. The waterfalls sound so pretty, it was a very aerobic walk, but very relaxingtoo. I didn't have my camera so no pics to share...but Jake got a bath and a trim today and was wearing a bandanna, he looked so darn cute...although Rob feels it is torture to make the poor dog where clothes and is embarrassed for him, so when Jake shook it off, I just carried it! LOL.
Just had to share that I got Rob clip on magnifying glasses for father's day, they work great but he looks like a goofy goober....Yeah! LOL (you won't get that unless you have watched Sponge Bob). Want to see his new look? I told him he looked like a Goofy Goober and so he said I will show you a goofy goober...then he bugged his eyes out and gave me his goofiest goober smile, he also turn sideways and flexed his muscles and puckered his lips, I laughed so hard the camera shook, so I only got this first shot, and he is going to make me take down this picture for sure!
Well I should get on to some Stampin' Up! stuff now...so here is a color board I made, I love the way it came out and couldn't wait to share it at stamp camp!
In real life the colors are so vibrant and coordinate so nicely. I am in LOVE with our new colors.
Here is a color combination that was my favorite at stamp camp this month:
I altered it a bit to make this my father's day card for my dad. Click on the image of his card and you might be able to see how it sparkled...the focal images was done on shimmer cardstock.
The next time I post I will show you the other two cards and the project we made at June's Stamp Camp.
You know I couldn't just make masculine cards. I caved...and made a very girly card that I can't wait to show you. We also made a cool sized travertine tile coaster. So check back soon! Happy Stampin'
